  Had car serviced today at Salisbury, MD location. The crew there is always on point. Today Scott was outside with a free smiles sign and did an excellent job throughout our visit. The other guy there today that handled our transaction was professional also. Scott was calling out what he was doing to the vehicle and seemed knowledgeable and actually happy to be there and working there today! We all have to work, but finding genuinely happy people while on a routine maintenance visit made my day brighter. Thank you Valvoline for outstanding customer service and I love the car wash coupons!

  Very professional employees. Did a great job and it was fast! No pressure to buy anything. Just gave me recommendations for my car/mileage on a piece of paper in case I want to get them done in the future. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

  They do a giid job, very detailed. I wish they would just chge the oil sometimes and leave me alone about filters and such. All and all they do a great job and you can sit in your car while they do it. It takes about 15 mins. And you get a free car wash. Go online and google coupons for a good discount.

  Between Walmart, Jiffy Lube, and Valvoline -- Valvoline definitely takes the cake. I always have a quick and seamless experience, and I can usually trust them not to try up-selling me on anything.
  
  If there's any feedback I could give: They claim that you get a free car wash with every oil change, but I've only been offered that once. I don't know if it's just because they forget or maybe the machine is broken, but it'd be nice to have a bit more consistency with that offer.
