  They have some really good workouts and it’s not same series of exercises on any given day. I would definitely recommend you to try them. Trainers/faculty are amazing and also they have challenges and other activities to motivate you to reach your goals.

  I love this place. The coaches are great especially CJ and Andrew. They are very motivating. The people that attend here are very friendly and encouraging. The workouts are challenging but you could go at your own pace. You also get assigned an accountability coach that checks on you regularly to see how you are doing. I have Victoria and she has been great and keeping me on track with my workouts. I highly recommend this place

  1fit BP was introduced by a friend of mine in October when they had a breast cancer fundraiser. Since then, I've hooked and still attending. They have a great program, great deals for first timers, and great staff and coaches. You will find yourself meeting friendly and motivating people of all ages! If you're thinking about checking out the gym, you should check out what they have to offer at least.

  Great camp, would highly recommend. Coaches are really nice, the owner is great too. He takes the time to explain the exercises correctly for best result. Victoria in the front is amazing too! Give it a try!

  We signed up through Groupon. I love this gym. I love that the workout is already planned out, the coach shows you how to do it, and the coach is there to help you, correct your form if needed. We only attended classes with Coach Andrew. We love his energy and feel motivated by him. And a special thank you to Victoria who kept in touch with us with friendly, encouraging reminders. Everyone working here is very nice & professional. Everyone we met has been so nice, encouraging and helpful. We really enjoyed the gym and looked forward to going.

(714) 995-8663. I have been coming to Fit Body Boot Camp for a few years now. I first found the on Groupon and went to the cypress location. I've been several times since then taking advantage of the promotions, this is seriously the best work out I have ever had.
