Dr. Liao is incredible. He's helped me so much. In my first appt with him, I knew I had finally found a great dr that actually cared about me and wanted to help me. He correctly diagnosed me, I had been told wrong from my previous dr. I say say enough about how great Dr Liao is, and I'm so greatful that he is my doctor.
I wish all doctors could be this great!

Snooze fest please!!! Zzzzzz's to sleeping better! Zzzzzzzzzzz's is such a beautiful thing but yet can be so elusive.
Proper night sleep is crucial to one's well being:
getting too little sleep may affect one's health (may have link to such as heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes, and obesity),
one's mood (less cranky always good lol),
one's weight (behavioral: less energy to do physical activities or physiological: affecting the hormone leptin),
pain tolerance, may be accident-prone, forgetfulness, fuzziness, one's immunity
and even one's sex life (may be too tired & there's evidence that in men, impaired sleep can be associated with lower testosterone levels). Nooooooooo on all, haha.
Pulmonary specialists are lung specialists that includes possible sleep issues. Stacey G, NP-BC & Dr. Liao were especially professional, timely, informative, courteous & caring. Entire staff from initial scheduling (please be aware that they are 'POPULAR' so it took me 2 1/2 months for first appt: well worth the wait) to front staff to asst for checking my vitals were great. I felt very well taken care of so far & confident that we will find the reason behind my lack of zzzzzzz's & start counting those sheeps.
