  Went in to upgrade my iPhone XR and got the iPhone 12 Pro, Robert and the girl who helped us also (I think her name was Emily) were honestly so helpful and sweet and very nice people. Loving the new phone so far and their customer service was great and didn’t rush us at all and just over all great people.

  I was in the 173 Los Altos location on February 13th with my dad and sister. Adrian helped us get a new phone for our dad who has always had a flip phone and find a less expensive Sprint plan. Adrian not only found us a reduced plan, but he also let us know my dad was paying for 2 phone lines for years (which he never knew he had). Adrian was the most amazing, kind person and T-Mobile is lucky to have him. He made this big experience for my dad easy and I truly appreciate all of his help. The other team members at T-Mobile were also so very kind and they even gave my dad a T-mobile scarf and took photos. Thank you Adrian

  I had the best experience in this T-Mobile store. I came in to upgraded my phone. The woman named Alyssa was so helpful with all my questions, needs and concerns. I’ll definitely be back and referring friends and family to this store! Thanks again

  I can’t believe this place used to be a SPRINT!? I always have the best time at T-Mobile so to walk in today with family members I talked so highly to and get BLOWN OUT OF THE WATER, AGAIN by their service is ridiculous. Erik and Doug were the greatest representatives I believe I’ve ever worked with in my entire life. They deserve all the recognition they can get. To anyone reading this, you better be making your way there already! Thank you Erik and Doug for all you did, I’ll forever continue to send business your way!

  What an amazing experience from this store. The new store manager Adrian was the best I've ever seen or have dealt with. They were packed but handled everyone with professionalism. Recommend this store to everyone. Me and my family will be back.
