CJ's is not a gym it is a fitness center. The knowledge possessed by the owner Celeste and her staff is amazing. The one on one attention you receive is by far the best I have ever witnessed. They will tailor a program to help you meet your goals. The facility and staff is incredible and I cannot wait to go there and workout again !!!

Ive been working out with Celeste and Jimmy for two years. I’ve lost weight and grained strength. I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m stronger and healthier. Celeste customizes my work outs and makes sure my form is good. My workouts get harder as I get stronger. I moved to the shore from Hoboken years ago and had a very hard time finding a GREAT trainer. After going through a few... but never sticking with them due to cost and lack of results, I finally found Celeste. She is absolutely wonderful and pushes me harder than anyone ever has. Her sessions are always different and always hard. I've gained a ton of strength the past 6 months and look forward to working with her for a long timeI would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

I joined CJ's Personal Best in September and I have never felt better. I am the strongest and in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life. My personal trainers Celeste and Jim work one on one with me, making sure my form is perfect in order to get the most out of my workout and I am constantly challenged and encouraged. They are extremely knowledgeable and have helped me tremendously over these months and I am so appreciative. I highly recommend them.
