  I highly recommend them! I had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome, neck and upper back pain for the past 8 months and had visited from general practicioners to a neuroligist and then an orthopedist who basically told me that if the steroid shot didn't work (and it didn't, it made things worse) I would have to have surgery...
  
  Thankfully I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Teresa, it was the best decision I could have ever made. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She always explais everything she's doing with great detail which is good if you're a little tense about the procedures.
  
  I felt an improvement in my symptoms after the first session (not joking) and now after about 7 sessions I can say that I feel no pain at all. It is such a relief to know that there is an option to control my carpal tunnel syndrome that doesn't require surgical intervention.
  
  I am really really thankful.

  We love Dr Teresa and Dr Trevor!!! They really spend time with their patients and not just another in and out adjustments in 5 mins type of practice. They really care and listen to their patients and will even suggest stretching or use other methods like cupping to release your pain. Dr Teresa is awesome for pregnant moms and children. I am so glad they are in Mira Mesa so I dont have to go far for my treatments!!!

  I have been seeing Dr. Trevor for a year and a half, and it has been a great experience. The treatments are thorough and effective. They're a welcome mixture of massage, exercises, machine assisted stretching and good ole crack-crack-crack chiropractics.
  
  They always find a way to work me in when I need it. They have fought my insurance company for me (and won). They're available via text and other convenient communication methods and are always willing to answer questions. They give good exercises to do at home (and they don't guilt trip you if you forget to do them).
  
  This sounds cheesy, but I'm going to say it anyway because it's true: When you're treated by this husband and wife team, you're treated like family.

  Dr. Teresa was absolutely fabulous. My husband and I were re-located to San Diego for a few years and meanwhile I got pregnant. Both my brother-in-law and his wife are chiropractors in Montana and recommended LiveSmart. I was very impressed the entire length of my pregnancy by the care I received and was so thankful for my adjustments. They made a world of a difference. I would highly recommend their clinic to any and everyone. She did such an amazing job and each time I left feeling 100% better than when I came in. Beyond thankful for them helping me through what can be a very uncomfortable time in a woman's life, pregnancy ;) She was very willing to work with my work schedule and accommodated each time. She has an incredible sense of humor while also being extremely professional. It put me right at ease. I felt very supported and taken care of, and again would highly recommend them for your chiropractic care needs.
