I have been going here at Crown Acura for 6 years now. This is our 3rd Acura that I have purchased. With this being a new car and it's first scheduled maintenance, I was introduced to Logan Lane for the first time as my new advisor. The standard of customer service still amazes me. He was very informative, followed up with me via phone calls, and went over and beyond which has always been Crown's signature. Thanks Logan.

I scheduled an appointment at Crown Acura and was assisted by Julian Bitar. I was greeted warmly by Julian and given an explanation of the concerns that were being reviewed by the technicians. Julian was personable and prompt. He got me in and out as soon as he could. The service was excellent.

Bart and Julian tag teamed to make sure I didn’t need to wait. Service was quick, waiting accommodations were comfortable. Julian kept me informed along the way. Car wash was a nice bonus.

This was a courtesy check up for my recently leased Acura RDX and repair of a small (fingertip size) accidental dent. The awesome Gillian Barnes in Sales went out of her way to communicate and make special arrangements and John Shaw in Service was also very accommodating and efficient during my visit. We travel from Sarasota to use this dealership. So far, very pleased; worth the trip. The whole shop is spacious, sparkling clean, and super customer-friendly. A cut above!

Thank you Julian for making my visit so comfortable. I came early and you took my car in without waiting. You were so kind to make sure I understood what was to take place in the inspection and to discuss how the service department worked. I found the waiting area to be very clean and well stocked with items to make my wait enjoyable.
