  This apartment was okay until our noisy neighbor moved in downstairs. The pool was out of service for over a year due to some bogus lawsuit with the energy company. We were told it had to do with exposed wiring near the water. Also, our tub was rusting away, but maintenance's idea of fixing it was to respray it and call it a day. We decided to move out 45 days before our lease was up and the company's demeanor towards us took a 180. We were hit with every fee imaginable for breaking the lease and ended up owing almost $2000 just for cutting it early by a month and a half. No slack was given either, despite never having issues with bills, neighbors, or the property. The location is great, but I'd find somewhere else.

  I mean where do I start! The upgrades, the family feel, the security with smart rent. It is all amazing and I love it here! The team in the office is absolutely outstanding also. We had a maintenance issue and everything was corrected quick, fast and in a hurry!

  Palomar has been amazing to me and my family. The ladies in the office are amazing and always helpful! I love the new upgrades as well!

  Palomar Apartments, in Webster, TX. is a wonderful community in which to live! The well-maintained and spacious grounds allow for outdoor activities right on property. Maintenance requests are responded to and handled promptly! The office staff is caring and truly cares about their residents. The workout room, which is newly remodeled by the way, is fantastic (even though it isn’t open 24 hours yet, I hear that’s coming soon!!!) All of my neighbors are really friendly and the apartment hosts community events twice a month! I have met some great people and had a lot of fun at the events! Everything from food trucks, to handing out free breakfast in the parking lot as I am on my way to work, to barbecues...the events are fun, free (except food trucks) and a great way for me to meet my neighbors! I love it here!
