My Oasis stopped pumping hot water. Called Stage Coach and left a message. To my surprise I actually received a return call within the hour. Patrick came to my RV, discovered the issue and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Since we were here for a week he suggested we monitor the Oasis and we'd settle-up at the end of the week. Later he called ITR (Oasis manufacturer) tech support and found out there was a known issue with the thermostat and the field fix. Patrick came back and fixed the thermostat. In total, Patrick came to my RV three times. When I went to pay my invoice me only charged me for an hour. I told him that couldn't be right - it had to be higher bill -he came to my RV three times. Patrick said that he was in the RV campground fixing other RVs, so I wasn't charged for the trips. YES, jaw-drop-moment. When was the last time you've worked with a person of such integrity and character? Two words that describe Patrick: knowledgeable, and professional. 1000% recommend Stage Coach RV and Patrick.

We had stopped at Braunig Lake RV Park when our refrigerator went out. It was due to a recall which had been replaced onece. Patrick came out that day in the pouring rain, found the problem and contacted Norcold ordered the recall part and bypassed it so the refrigerator would work. Came back and replace it on a Sat. so we could leave. He was extremely nice and very helpful. Would definitely call again if in the area and needed work. Service call was less than several others contacted and faster to investigate the problem
