Anne is the best agent I have ever handled my homes with. My family looked for over a year to find the perfect home. Anne was always available, answered all of our questions, showed us house after house and never once did she let us down. Anne is a wonderful agent to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the area and well-connected. We received so much personal time and attention - it was impressive. We knew we could count on a prompt, same-day response any time we had questions! Anne worked around our schedules and went out of her way to accommodate our availability for showings (holiday weekend, evenings, etc.). For every showing a packet was prepared that had detailed information on every house we were looking at (including the seller's disclosure, which was very useful). We also really appreciated her honesty in letting us know of potential pitfalls (e.g., mold issues or other problems to watch out for). Having an ethical, experienced, and responsive agent is invaluable. She's been so helpful to us. We will be recommending her to our friends and family, as well!
