  Made a reservation for an intermediate SUV with Sirius Radio. Got to the location, received a vehicle that did not have Sirius Radio. Was only offered a minivan as a replacement that had radio. If a reservation comes in and there is a request on it for Sirius Radio, then location should be able to provide that, or the website should be updated so you do not offer it.
  
  Secondly, the safety deposit of $200 for having a rental is excessive and unnecessary for customers. You have the customers driver's license and credit card information on file if there are any damages or if there is a failure to return the vehicle on time.

  Kyle, Kyle, and Kyle were very brofessional. We really enjoyed their bro-get-them attitude towards our needs. As we asked for a pamphlet on the rental vehicle Kyle was very kind and replied bro-shure. Hard working group of guys. Hopefully they can enjoy the end of the work day with a monster edition white claw.

  Fantastic! Wonderful! Gracious! Kind! John and Tyler are absolutely the best, among the others there!!! I have never been so impressed with the customer service, the swift and accurate service ... and i rent frequently!!! For example, i had an emergency this week, and the website said no availability. So i waited until the office opened ... John came through for me. I was on my way in about 10 minutes. They are efficient, caring, kind, and have a sense of humor. If something goes wrong, they make it right. I cant say enough about these young men ... theyre the BOMB!!
