Dang Good Yoga!

I went here for the first time with a friend and I loved it! I've never been too good at yoga, but I felt like I could keep up and the instructors were all very well trained. Plus, I love the name!

I've been practicing at Dang Good Yoga for a little over a year. My personal transformation in that time has been amazing. The inner work that comes with a yoga practice along with the physical aspect has improved my overall health and well-being. All the teachers bring their own unique touch and I always come away feeling refreshed and light. Thank you for all you do at DGY!

I've been coming to this place ever since I moved to California, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Chris and Johnnie are literally the best instructors ever! Those are the two instructors I've experienced the most, but ALL of them are incredible. They go out of their way not only to strengthen your practice but to make you feel good about where you are in your practice, no matter how much experience you have. Their patience and encouragement definitely sets them apart! Thank you for caring so much you guys! Peace, love, and light

Like the slogan says "Dang Good Yoga". If you want a very moving, relaxing, spiritually uplifting experience, it's worth looking into. And very reasonably priced.
They have classes for us seniors also, very easy going.

This is yet another hidden gem in Escondido. Amazing yoga classes, that meet everyone where they are physically. The teachers will help you get into the pose properly to get the best Healing possible. Also wonderful massage services. Vu Dang is known for his gentle approach, and Chris will get into the "layers of the Onion" as they provide relief and restoration. They are always providing other fun ways to get physical like Hoop movement, body talk and much more.
