It was clear the first conversion I had with Arthur that he was very knowledgeable in the insurance business. Arthur's thorough when explaining details of my policy whenever I had questions, he always had the answer or found it and got back to me right away. It was a sad day when I moved out of state and couldn't take him with me for my insurance needs! His customer service is exceptional!

I had my doubts about my needing my other vehicle added to the policy for just a couple of days. I called Arthur on a holiday ( the 4th of July ), I left a voicemail, and figured I wouldn't hear from him since most places were off. Arthur called me back shortly after I had left the message and took care of my needs quickly! Very good experience with this company so far. Thank you Arthur!
