  Kristen's zumba classes are great! She picks fun music and spends the time making sure the class knows the moves before beginning. What a great way to work up a sweat! She definitely makes working out more fun!

  Kristen is such a fun group instructor! Her cardio dance routines are easy to follow but not simplistic. The music gets you pumped! Thank you Kristen for making me enjoy sweating!

  Andy is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. I highly recommend AV25 for either a beginning stage regime or advanced/competitive training. Two thumbs way up!
