  Beyond pleased with my life form office chair! Kaitlin and the rest of the staff were phenomenal in helping my get fitted (I’m 6’8” and 300 pounds) and got me a chair that works for my size, and my back issues. The communication was great throughout the whole process. I even got to design my chair with Kaitlin’s help and I absolutely love it. Thank you for all the help!

  Nice clean store with great product and super courteous staff. I had never been to this store before or new or was in Louisville until I found an item on line and used the store locator.
  Found some great gifts and some great things to help my own messed up back. Nice to have a store like this locally to be able to see and feel products, in addition to helping out a local small shop.

  Purchased 2 recliners after several visits to the store. Owners are very knowledgeable and were very patient with my need to test and re-test the chairs. Delivery was faster than expected, the construction and materials seem to be excellent and we really like our chairs.

  I visited the Louisville store from Cincinnati in search of a couple specific brands of ergonomic desk chairs so I could try before I bought. Jen was a true pleasure to work with from beginning to end. A consummate professional, she provided excellent service, and handled some supplier mixups gracefully and efficiently. It was so wonderful to work with a problem solver who cared about delighting her customer.
