  First time being there since it was bought out. They changed a few things throughout the diner. Food was good. Service was good. We will be back.

  I am a newer patron to this somewhat newer replacement of the former York Diner. The York I tried 2x and I think I know why they went out of business but I am most grateful for the wonderful replacement. Country House Diner has not failed to please myself, a very picky sort anymore, or my friends thus far and we are averaging 1 - 2 times a week thus far. B, L, D all hit the mark and their specials are very good deals. Tonight I had the Salmon Oscar (asparagus & hollandaise) with baked potato, yummy chicken noodle soup, salad & drink for $15.99 and boy oh boy the salmon was "fresh off the boat" if you ask me. Service is also very prompt and nice.

  Ordered delivery via Grubhub... the Broiled Seafood Lovers dinner. The 2 side dishes and bread that are supposed to come with the meal and the tartar sauce that I had requested weren’t delivered with the order, which I understand mistakes happen sometimes. I called and the manager personally drove them to my hotel... excellent customer service in my book! The food itself, in particular the seafood, was tasty. Despite the delivery mistake, I’d order from these guys again if I’m in the area. Give them a try!

  We were looking for a new place in town for a good quality, moderately priced dinner. The new Country House Diner fit the bill just fine. I wish them much success.
  
  We were so disgusted with our former restaurant on Street Road with the initials Warm...... We.. after the quality went down and down. The final straw was when the server got the order wrong, and they placed my wife's baked potato right on the table sans dish.
  
  Country House keep up the fine service!

  Welcoming and helpful staff. Interior was redone recently and very nice, bright. We enjoyed the food: prime rib cooked right, eggplant Parmesan, "New York burger" with pastrami. Coffee was good.
