  Short trail and unfortunately most of the preserve is private or "owned by the state of CA fish and game," thus cannot access those areas. Beautiful and peaceful though.

  Beautiful spot for photo sessions. We often take our dog there as well for afternoon walks as its well shaded.

We decided to check out Luelf Pond Preserve after hiking Dos Picos County Park since they are almost right next to each other and both are short hikes. Luelf Pond is actually on the opposite side of the street too - a currently dry depression in the ground.
