New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care Wylie

My dad was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago. His behavior continued to be more aggressive. The siblings decided that it was best to find a memory care facility that would know better how to manage him. So I began looking for one in the area.
I spent several hours on the phone setting up appointments to visit different facilities. New Haven was the only one who could meet with me that day. Stephanie answered the phone and told me to come on over for a tour. She was so kind and never acted like it was a bother to answer all my questions. I left New Haven and called her back to admit dad. She waited on me to return. We did the paperwork and admitted dad the next week.
This was the best decision I ever made! Stephanie was so patient and caring.
The care givers have become part of our family! The way they take care of the residents is amazing! Most of the days the residents are a handful, but because of the love of their jobs, they are so patient and kind! It is a pleasure to see them everyday.
I would highly recommend New Haven to anyone having to make the difficult decision of having to place a family member.

January 3, 2020 went to visit a family member at the New Haven Assisted Living and I was very impressed with the facility. The staff members were super nice, courteous and the food they serve at lunch look very delicious.
