  I was very upset that my previous Insurance was going up on my policy, and when I asked why I was very disappointed with the answer they gave me. So I mentioned to my sister Maria whom is with Allstate and referred me to you, she texted all the info of Mr. John Carlton and at the same moment I emailed Mr. John Carlton and I was amazed on how quickly he responded, and how professional he quoted me and explained to me how I will be saving in the future. That same day I was able to do all the paper work and got my new Insurance. I'm really looking forward to be part of All state for the coming Years. Thank you Mr. John Carlton for everything.

  After shopping around, I found the Carlton's Alstate branch had not only the best prices, but the best customer service also. John and his employees are the easiest people to work with and really give you the information that you need!

  The John Carlton team is always willing to answer any questions. Dawn has been especially helpful. She makes everything very personalized. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thank you for being rock stars!
