  I wanted to make some changes because I didn't like the way I looked and felt. I heard about BeBalanced, made an appointment and it was the best decision I ever made. I have never felt better, slept better and I no longer have severe mood swings. Everyone at the Lancaster BeBalanced location is friendly, understanding and caring! I did not need to lose a lot of weight and Nicola felt the weight loss program would not be for me, but meeting with Cheryl, the nutritionist, would help me and it did! I lost the weight I wanted to and learned so much about clean eating. Even my husband lost weight and says he feels better, too! Their skin care products are fantastic! I have noticed the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth are not as noticeable. I look forward to my monthly meetings and seeing everyone. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me accomplish my goals!!!

  I started this journey 2 weeks ago and I am down 10 lbs! I have more energy, I haven't had a heat flash in over a week and I am sleeping much better! The staff is so helpful and nice! I can't wait to see how much I can lose in the next 2 weeks!
