  Thom was a primary supervisor during my internship year many years ago. It's been a shared experience with many of my colleagues that 1-3 or so supervisors and/or mentors have a lasting impact on therapist development, to an extent that his/her voice and mannerisms are frequently experienced "as if it was yesterday" throughout a career. Thom is that for me, without a shadow of a doubt.
