  My wife and I are renting till June 29th 2021. We rented in December It’s been really a great six months!! It’s nice here staff is wonderful and residents are so friendly !! If I had to stay in an apartment I would stay here!! Pool is amazing l love it! It’s always clean in all areas of the development 😍

  We were having an issue with the lock on our front door. Maintenance responded in a timely manner. Doug, the gentleman they sent, was very polite and professional. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

  I had an issue with my sink earlier last week and I put a request in for maintenance to come by. Doug came within an hour to fix my faucet and he was super friendly. I not only appreciate the speedy recovery of my sink but the kindness and level of professionalism. Thank you so much :)

  Apartment complex is quiet, pet friendly and diverse. Office staff, as well as maintenance, have addressed concerns in a timely manner. I have only requested their services on a few occasions since April. They exceeded my expectations in response time and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. In addition, a definite perk, they engage with residents offering games, raffles, grilling out, ice cream, and offering pies and so many other things during the year/holidays. It had to be incredibly difficult year with all the obstacles they faced and were mandated to implement during this past year, they succeeded. You will not be disappointed!
