I have had random plantar fasciitis pain for years, nothing horrible. Then, I had a very busy week and my heel started hurting unbearably. I love to run and was very worried that my foot pain was going to hinder my ability to stay active. I was able to get in for an appointment with Dr. Smith and he was extremely relatable and easy to get along with. I could tell he really cared about my situation. He recommended the shot in my heel, I don't love needles but he made the whole thing virtually painless. He said the shot could take up to 5 days to take full effect, and he was completely right, on about day 3 or 4 my heel began to feel brand new! It was AMAZING! I will absolutely go see Dr. Smith again, he was fabulous. If you are having any foot pain do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Smith!

I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Lawson’s partner today, Dr. Smith. He is an excellent podiatrist with extensive training. Dr. Smith has a wonderful personality and is extremely easy to talk. I will definitely see him again for my podiatry needs as well as refer him to all of my family and friends. There was very little wait time and the staff is kind. I promise he will not disappoint!

Best foot doctor in Poway! Or San Diego for that matter. When you watch movies and see these great movie doctors who listen, are attentive, have great bedside manner, always helpful and solve your problems quickly, plus they're just easy to talk to and you think "I wish I could find a doctor like that!" Well, that's Dr. Lawson. Seriously.

I saw him about 15 years ago and then again about a week ago. He hasn't changed a bit; still the same great doctor I remember from all those years ago, just in a new location. I only hope he's still practicing should I need him again in 15 years!

Don't hesitate to go see him, even if you have to wait for an appointment. Dr. Lawson is that rare gem, among a sea of quartz.
