It seems like this practice has undergone some positive staff changes - the reception staff have become really nice, professional and made me feel welcome. I cannot fault Liberty Bridge at anything- I have never had to wait long for my appointments as well as when I want to make an appointment-they are often available to fit you in quite soon. GP’s are professional, welcoming and I know I will be listened to. This is quite a modern practice in comparison with other horrendous experiences with ancient systems which makes going to the doctors as positive of an experience as possible.
