  Matthew was amazing through this whole experience. It’s the first time I have sold a house so was very overwhelmed by the thought of it all but no question was too small for Matthew, he explained everything about it so well and was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions and reassure me. I would completely recommend Waymour and Parr and will always go back to them in the future. So professional and helpful. Thank you.

  From our first meeting it was clear to me that Matt has a vast in-depth knowledge of the property market, and not to mention is one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long while. He made the often stressful, process of moving house easier than I ever imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Waymour & Parr and shall most certainly be returning in the future.

  Had fantastic service from this amazing team of young individuals who helped me house me and my wife and two kids, very happy with the one to one interaction and the thoughtful gesture of a lovely basket of snacks and a little teddy for our daughters, I was worried about working with a unfamiliar estate agent but was highly recommend by a friend of a friend. I will go back to this lovely team if I ever need to sell or buy again.

  An estate agent that is genuine and honest. I was purchasing the my property and whilst I wasn’t Matt’s direct client he was fair and patient throughout a difficult process- but this was not on his side. If I’m crazy enough to go through this process anytime soon, I won’t hesitate using Waynour Parr and I also wouldn’t hesitate recommending this Estate agent. There is nothing I can fault!
