  We would highly recommend JP Pest Services! From our experience, we would recommend them for their responsiveness, punctuality, and friendliness.
  
  My husband and I contacted JP Pest Services to come out and take a look at our house to see if they could determine the entry points of the animals running around in our ceilings. I filled out a quick form one night in the late evening, and got a wonderful email response the next morning. They worked with me to schedule an inspection and then we had Justin B. come out to take a look. He was very helpful! We greatly appreciated the information he gave us while he was here! Later that afternoon, we received an email from Chelsea T. and her and I talked back and forth as she helped to explain what we can do next as well as the pricing. While we are going to try a few things on our own, we will very likely be coming back to sign up for those services in the Spring.

  This is not only the best customer service I’ve ever received but also the best contract work I’ve ever had done to my house. They are efficient with scheduling and their treatment is handled with a lot of care and is proactive. Their pricing is very fair too. Both Dave and Brendan came to do inspection and treatment and their knowledge and advice was the best. Having said that though, you need to be a compliant customer if you want it to be effective. Do everything they tell you to do and your treatment will be successful. Thank you again guys! I will always use JP in the event I have a future problem.

  I've been a JP Pest customer for many years. Their quarterly inspection service is a great value. The technicians are professional, timely and passionate about their work. Seems like a great company culture!

  JP Pest came in to help us with a mice issue we were having- they had taken up residence in an interior wall.
  Price was competitive to others in the area. They were prompt in all communications, Valerie answered all our questions, got us in the schedule quickly and was pleasant to work with.
  Joe Twardowsky came to our house for the actual work. He was early, and checked to be sure we were available before he showed up. He was very personable throughout the work, and was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why, went around the house and outside with us to show us where the mice were likely coming in.
  Best of all, haven’t heard the mice since!
