  The Recreation Center was awesome I take my kids there all the time they love it... Plenty of shade and plenty of room for the kids to run and play... it's nice to see your kids play at the same park you did when you were their age....

Bealsville earns historical marker

Located next to the Bealsville Recreation Center on Nesmith Road, the marker symbolizes the close-knit community that was founded in 1865, by former slaves from nearby plantations in Hopewell and Springhead. 813-704-6850. info@plantcityobserver.com.

Glover School in Bealsville was founded in 1868. Bealsville Recreation Center (historic marker) notes the founding of this community. Holloman Midwife House - now this one is off road and a bit difficult to find (Horton Road). Ruby Lee's Fruit and Art Stand -directly on State Road 60.
