UTC is an excellent place to get fit and strong with movements that will transfer into your everyday life. Steven is a very knowledgeable and personable trainer. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Classes are run efficiently and effectively. No matter your fitness level or experience, training here will take you to the next level.

Steve does an amazing job at making everyone feel welcome. No matter what level of fitness you are at he makes everything easy to understand and takes the time to find the best way to get you to meet your fitness goals. The atmosphere at the gym is always positive and everyone just want eachother to succeed. Overall a great place to go for a great workout with great people.

The UTC facilities, Steve and the UTC members are amazing! Steve is extremely passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and health goals. His knowledge and experience make fitness accessible to anyone, at any skill level or age. UTC offers personal training, group class and tailor made programming for its member to pick from. Steve not only helped me reach many of my fitness goals, he took the time to educate me in the importance of nutrition and recovery so that I can take charge of my own health and wellness journey. There is a real sense of community here, Steve along with the rest of the gym members encourage and motivate each other to do their best!

I have been going to UTC for a year now and I have to say, it's been the best year I have had so far! I feel better mentally and physically. Steve dedicates his full attention and time when you are in his presence. I have gained so much strength and even muscle that I have never had before and I love it! I love going to the gym because the vibe is so awesome and it's never a dull moment. The people are amazing and we are all there to achieve the same goal.

After a terrible experience with a personal trainer at another gym, I joined Uriz Training Concepts to continue my personal fitness goals. Traditional gyms are just not right for me and needed to find workouts that I could physically do. I entrusted Steve with my "grandma knees" and he custom planned workouts just for me and my abilities. The atmosphere at UTC is like no other! The members here are so encouraging and always willing to give you the extra push to get though your workout. We are definitely a "fit family" and I look forward to my hour in gym every day!
