  Great place honest quick easy and not over priced like the dealership service department.
  Best kept secret in redwoodcity. Ford said they could get me in within 2 weeks to repair my truck with engine light on. Big O fixed it same day , half the price and with a friendly attitude!

  Bill at the Redwood City store was very helpful. I got four new tires at a good price and an oil change for under $500. I thought I would only get two tires for that price installed. I appreciated Bills service and suggestions after the tire inspection. I could tell he really did care!

  Bill and Marco went above and beyond to explain the problems with my tires, fix my alignment and replace all four tires. I had a tight window for the work to get done and they got me in and out quickly and a head of schedule. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.
