Horrible! Run away! Dr. Griffith is rude and doesn’t take the time to understand the situation because she’s too busy interrupting you and talking over you. I even told her “I’m talking now,” and she said “I understand that.” Then she continued talking over me. She straight up lied to me when I brought my dog to his first appointment. I told her that I needed the primary vet to be able to dispense my dog’s emergency meds for his seizures when he was having active seizures without having to call around to get approval since his neurologist who normally dispenses the emergency medications is about twice the distance from me. She told me that wasn’t a problem and that she would put it in his records so any vet on duty could dispense the emergency medications. This didn’t happen. My dog was having active seizures and I was told they couldn’t dispense the emergency medications until they got a hold of Dr. Griffith who was off that day. Later, I was told they weren’t able to dispense the emergency medication until they got a hold of his neurologist at the other clinic. I ended up driving to the emergency room which was farther away to get his emergency medication while he was having active cluster seizures. I’m glad my dog didn’t die because of this vet’s incompetence and lies.
