I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. At Patient First. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. The Doctor was thorough and very nice. I felt very comfortable with him.i would definitely recommend my family and friends to Patient First.

Went there on a Sunday evening. I was seen immediately. Everyone there was very nice. The doctor was fabulous! I’ve been there many times, and I’m sure I’ll be going back again.

The staff and Dr.’s are absolutely AMAZING!! From the time registering to actually seeing the Doctor. Will go there every time. Nurse Mr. Holt is awesome, Carolyn Herrera is just out of the park when it comes to the quality of care. Also her bedside manners are astonishing!!

I’m so grateful for the fast, service and ease of use I experienced at such short notice. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and response to my immediate need for a COVID Test for Travel purposes. From Reception to the Doctor, my questions were answered and my needs met, conveniently! Thank you, Patient First, Colonial Heights!

Richard did a great job on my hand. Good guy, good stories, small world. I will continue to go back. Also the MA (I think) I came in there today she had blue scrubs with blonde hair. I didn’t catch her name, but I’ll come back to see her too. She was very friendly.
