I came to Celeste as a very "last option" with my problems. I was having major anxiety dealing with my 4 small kiddos and a husband who I resented for certain things. With her help, I not only got rid of my anxiety, I enjoy every little moment with my family. Before this I was having a hard time "living in the moment" and being happy around my kids. Now since going to my sessions with Celeste, I have a huge weight off my shoulders and can focus on being loving, happy and calm. I used to yell at my kids all the time for little things and hold in anger at times because of what my husband did or didn't do. I can say that I don't do that anymore and even my oldest child (who has anxiety and emotional outbursts) does not have episodes anymore with her anxiety or anger.
