Pete Cullen is a doer! He had a "game plan" for getting my house sold. Within 6 weeks from getting possession of the property from the renters, we prepared the house for showing (new carpet and paint), had 3 open houses,got a couple of offers (selling for over the asking price) and powered through escrow!
