I cannot believe some of these low reviews. Every time I call the Wellness Center I am either immediately connected to, or are able to leave a message which is returned. The Positive Choice Healthy Balance classes are very informative and in demand. Being so, there is often a wait to get into a class.

My wife & I highly recommend The Wellness Center. We've successfully participated in the weight loss programs & support group. We've not just learned how to eat healthy, we now have the information & support to maintain a healthy lifestyle to keep extra weight off.
