  Dr. Sorvino is amazing. She is always available when you need her. She is a single doctor practice and knows each of her patients extremely well. The ultimate family pediatrician. The way she runs her business is a dying art. My kids love begin her patients.

  Both of my sons go to Dr. Sorvino and if my wife and I could go to her, we would as well. If you want the most competent, accessible pediatrician in the area, go to Dr. Sorvino. If you want a real Dr. to answer your call at 2am when your children's fever spikes and you don't know what to do, go to Dr. Sorvino. If you want a Dr, and supporting staff, who genuinely care about your kids health as much as you, go see Dr. Sorvino.
  
  If you need warm and fuzzies and some whiz bang toys for your kid to play with, hire a clown and take him or her to Chuck E. Cheese.
  
  As far as the patient whose credit was ruined because of an unpaid bill, it is a shame that doctors offices in general have lost the control they used to have over customer relations. Due to changes in health care law, doctors now have to keep extraordinary records to remain compliant, so you will notice doctors offices are now part of a larger corporate group, in this case Advocare; and that group most likely controls billing/collections.

  We love Dr Sorvino- I have been using her since the birth of our daughter and she has been nothing but helpful and caring to my daughter and our family. I appreciate her no nonsense attitude, when it comes to my daughter's health I would expect and accept nothing less.
