  I just had a wonderful experience at the Holmdel Quest. I had been worried about the wait going in as a walk in so I went as soon as they opened. There were a few people in line before me but there was a fast kiosk check in that offered the option to finish pre-registration via a link sent to your phone. Literally as soon as we finished that check in, our name was called to present our documentation. We were checked in very efficiently & then were called within a few more minutes for bloodwork which also went very smoothly. I highly recommend this location.

  Today I brought my sons in for routine blood work. The technician Victor was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and calming. He did his best to chat with my sons about their interests in order to distract them from their fear of needles. When my younger son became particularly nervous, he was so patient and kind to him. He even gave him a hug at the end of it. Victor truly made something that was dreaded by sons into a walk in the park! I cannot say enough about his professionalism.

  I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and was dismayed when I walked in and it was packed with people waiting.
  I am happy to say that my appointment time was honored and I was done with my visit in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were professional, efficient, and friendly. Great experience. Thank you!
