Known as the best neighborhood in Fort Collins located convenientlyclose to the 3rd highest ranking elementary school in the United States. Close to all shops, grocery, hospital, etc. Most up and coming area in all of FoCo!
The Subdivision is located roughly between Fossil Ridge High School and Twin Silo Park to the west, Zach Elementary School to the south, Strauss Cabin Road to the east, and Banner Hospital and the Hewlett Packard campus to the north. Several new apartment complexes are also just north of the subdivision. The Observatory Village name comes from an actual Observatory (as in telescope) located next to the pool and clubhouse. It is operated by Front Range Community College. There are several small parks in Observatory Village that get lots of wildlife. (See photos)
A good place for star gazing, conducting small get togethers and parties.
Small lots. Nice pool
