These guys were true professionals from start to finish. This was my first time handling a hail damage situation so I had a lot of questions. Mike and his team patiently took the time to explain every step thoroughly and carefully. The car looked amazing upon pickup and was fully detailed. Mike was great. I honestly was skeptical at first. Other shops said 2-4 weeks to repair and "negotiate with insurance" and would not cover deductible or a rental. Mike said 4-5 days, covered the deductible and got us a rental. The two options seemed so far apart. We went with Mike and could not be happier. He stayed in contact the whole time and our car looks amazing. Would highly recommend.

The team at Master Hail did an excellent job repairing the hail damage on my car.
It took about a week, from start to finish. No out of pocket expenses ,they provided the free rental car , the insurance appraisal was done on the premises.. the repair was thorough and professional, the car was fully detailed and washed after repair.
