  Alex really went above and beyond in helping me get a rush order of two Big Head Cutouts done in time to be shipped out for an overnight Saturday delivery. My niece and nephew are running in their first marathon this weekend and are going to be surprised and delighted family cheering them on at various places along the route waving their big head photos. I definitely recommend this company and without hesitation will use them again.

  Richard provided excellent customer service! He made things super quick and easy, even with a rush order! We had some online ordering issues, and he was also about to resolve those quickly! Will definitely recommend him and the company in the future!
