  We recently worked with Adam to purchase our house in Peoria. He's amazing! Since he rebates 50% of his seller commission back at close I thought me might do less than other realtors. I couldn't have been more wrong. He was first rate every step of the way - showing us houses fast and in some cases multiple times, determining an offer price, negotiating a better price than we had expected and even helping with the inspection to make sure problems were identify and repaired.
  
  We've bought and sold several houses over the years and no realtor compares to Adam. First class service AND he rebates 50% of his selling broker's fees to the buyer at close. In our case that amounted to $5200. Adam is knowledgeable and extremely professional. I'd never use anyone else.

  I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first house! Adam was amazing. He was attentive, flexible, responsive, committed, knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the 50% commission rebate!

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Adam. He did a wonderful job helping us find the right home, was super-responsive, and able to answer all our questions about the area and the market (we moved here from out of state). He actually worked to find us a house, plus his 50/50 commission structure saved us $5200.
  
  If you've run out of patience with agents who are pushy or sales-y, and who only want to do the least amount of work possible, call Adam.

  Adam recently helped me purchase my first home, I was worried didn't really know what the process would be like and of course had heard buying a home is not always the best experience. I was working and going to school at the time so showing schedule was challenging but Adam was very patient and professional through out the whole process. He stuck with me until we were able to find the perfect home for my little boys and I. For that I will forever be thankful, I would absolutely 100% recommend him to anyone he truly is the best.

  I recently had to relocate out of Arizona for employment. I chose Adam Botticello based on a referral from a friend. Adam and 50/50 Realty made selling my house an easy and convenient experience. They provided us with a bunch of comparable properties that had recently sold in order to decide on a price. I ended up going with their recommendation as the data supported the price point. Within two weeks we have a full price offer from a qualified buyer. The property even appraised at the exact price Adam suggested. All said and done we received our wire within 60 days of Adam listing our property.
  
  Adam knows the market and had my best interest in mind throughout the process. He was always made himself available and promptly answered any questions I had. He even assisted with getting the repairs done that the buyer's lender required.
  
  50/50 delivered great service, even better results and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
