  I was visiting Wichita from Wisconsin when me and a friend decided to stop into Hatman Jack’s. The staff was very friendly and patient, and the quality of their work was second to none. I walked out satisfied and with a sharp looking Stetson that already got me lots of compliments. I will definitely stop there again when I visit Wichita and I encourage anyone who visits Wichita to do the same. Very pleased.

  Went to purchase a Christmas gift for my husband. Wonderful shop, wonderful atmosphere. Didn't know they make hats the traditional way. Such a great visit, will be back again, and again.

  Hatman Jack's sets the bar for service - truly, truly outstanding. I was visiting from Colorado and went in with a friend to just to get an idea. I ended up leaving with 2 custom fitted hats! Jack was incredibly insightful and Austin.....man, what a great, passionate, caring, and wise beyond his years, young man. His attention to detail and expertise was greatly appreciated and gave me the confidence that I was making the absolute right decisions. If you are considering a real hat, Hatman Jack's should be your only shop of consideration.

  A massive selection of beautiful hats for every style. If you stay long enough, you'll eventually find a hit that suits you. The employees are additionally humorous and entertaining.

  Very nice people. Went in to get a Tilley hat and they didn’t have the color I wanted in my size. They ordered it for me and now I am waiting for a call to go get it. They said it could be a week or two. Support local businesses. Tons of hats available. Great location but not a ton of parking. Update: I got my hat 8 days after I ordered it. Everything was great.
