  Marelly with State Farm provided me with terrific customer service and helped navigate me through my mortgage insurance situation. The staff are very responsive, great at explaining things and very polite. I highly recommend them! They are also very affordable and among the top insurance agents in Dallas!

  Never have i previously worked with State Farm but this is by far a great first time experience. Not only is the staff so friendly and personable, but they are quick to help me whenever I need them. I have auto & renters policy with them, and their bundle package is easy & convenient, not to mention affordable. They make any process hassle free. 10/10 recommend

  Liliane R., Colin, Kary and Marley. All work great together that accomplished my goals. I told them what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations, by giving me more for a price that was a lot lower than I anticipated. Easiest purchase and a win win, quick and fast on my mobile app.

  I have been with this location of State Farm Insurance since 2008. I loved the previous team Judy, Anna and Elizabeth. When Korina took over this location, i was a little bit anxious because of the change but so far I never had any problems or any issue. I'll just call them if i need assistance or make any changes in my policy. We recently worked with Marley and she provided all the information we need over the phone and email. To all the staff, thank you for great customer service! Keep it up! :-)

  I asked for a quote online and had a few questions, and soon Kary Ramirez contacted me. She did awesome explaining our quote and prices and all the options we had. She was very patient and went beyond my expectations to process everything for my new car. I DID NOT leave the dealership with an expensive insurance- like my hubby did a few months earlier with a different insurance company, the price is perfect for us. I am very happy with State Farm so far. Now we have our cars and apartment with them and not a single headache.
  I would give 10☆ for Kary R. - costume service is great. She makes a boring process so much better and fast. Everything on my email in a few minutes and a week later on my mailbox. Not gonna change any time soon!
