I've loved working with and getting to know Tina. She's kind, thorough, and does a great job fielding all of the questions I had. I hired her to do my Macros profile and got to get a taste of the online community she's building on Facebook and the whole process has been great. Definitely recommend working with her if you're looking to gain some insight and clarity into your overall nutrition without feeling overwhelmed or like a total failure for not getting it "right".

Tina takes a hands-on approach to fitness coaching. I love that she helps me physically and mentally reach my goals. Combining workouts with coaching calls really helps me stay on track. Thank you, Tina!

Tina is AMAZING. Seriously there aren’t words to describe my experience with her. In 2 months she changed my life! My relationship with food is completely different and the eating plan changed my body without demanding workouts! My knees definitely appreciated that. You need these workouts, eating plans and Tina in your life!
