  Such a professional and happy-go-lucky team! You’ll have one primary physical therapist on your case, but everyone will step in to help you through your exercises and various therapies! It’s a very educational and comfortable place to get patched up. So far I’ve worked with Austin, Hanna, Becca, Manzy and Alex to fix my dodgy knee and the improvement is very noticeable after only three sessions. Going back for more to make sure it gets stronger and won’t get injured again!

  In just 1 week they have helped me increase the flexibility in my knee by 30 degrees through a series of excercises, deep muscle massages, & stretches along with excercises to do at home. They don't baby you, they work you at each appointment and get results.

  I was in so much pain, and was so nervous about seeing anyone. Andy was incredible! After the first 2 visits, and doing my at home routine, I was feeling 70% better! Of corse it took some time to get where I needed to be, but I was able to function and work in no time! I have completed my therapy and am so thankful to Andy and the staff! I feel completely normal again and have the tools to ensure that this issue will not come back as long as I take care of myself. Thanks for all that you have done for me!

  After an MRI and visits to an orthopedic surgeon, it was recommended that I do physical therapy first to see if my condition would improve without surgery. I have an impingement and frozen shoulder. After a couple weeks of appointments with Jennifer, my condition improved dramatically. She is very professional and thorough with her treatments. Ashley, one of the assistants, is exceptional and dedicated to her patients as well. All of the staff at Foothills are awesome. I highly recommend Jennifer for any and all physical therapy needs.

  I was referred to Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy by my Podiatrist. So glad that I decided to give "this particular location" a try, as there are several offices. The therapists here are simply AMAZING! My foot swelling from a prior surgery was severely reduced after just one visit. I cannot say enough about the people that work here. They really know what they are doing! Also, from the moment of checking in at the front desk and beyond that point, all employees are friendly, courteous, professional, and a joy to converse with while there. Love this place!
