Our loved one has been here a year and it’s a good place, considering the options we had in the area. Every facility had a negative ex: gnats, short staffed, and all had areas of improvement. But this facility does take strides to correct the problems. Anything we have mentioned has been corrected and they do try hard. So instead of bashing the facility, what have you done to assist them??? Midtown is close to our home and we visit often. Everyone works hard to keep the building in order... next time lend a hand instead of complain.
Housekeeping could use a little work.. But other than that, the staff is good, they take care of my family members, food is good. We haven’t had any issues with nursing staff or anyone. It’s a good place.
This is a good place for your loved one to go. Don’t believe the negative comments because they are past employees that have nothing better to do... This building has come a long way, they have started renovations and it’s going to be nice when they finish. The food is good and my family member loves it. They have fun activities and the residents look happy. The staff is helpful especially Gladys in admissions. She welcomed us and made sure my loved one was happy.
Best kept secret. This was close to my family. We were a little skeptical, but was very surprised. My brother got very good care and was able to return home. I called the DON after hours and she was very understanding and helpful to me and my family. They make you feel welcome.
The staff including the DON was excellent. My Uncle has been here for years and has been taken care of. Every place has there ups and downs, but they take care of their people. Don’t believe all these disgruntled employees on here. If they did their jobs, they would still work there. Kudos to this hard working bunch!
