Elena Prousskaia Croydon

I went to see Elena initially to find out what a procedure might cost. I had looked at the website before my appointment just to do some research.
After our initial consultation I felt much more informed about how the procedure would be done, what it entailed, aftercare and of course cost. Elena really put me at ease and went through everything thoroughly. She examined me and identified that my abdominal muscles had not gone back properly after I had my son, she explained that this could be fixed although it would mean no more children as the muscled would be sewn together. This was not an issue as our family is complete.
Following my consultation I went away to consider what we discussed, I made my decision and contacted Elena's office to book my surgery
Once my surgery was booked in and following health checks and a further consultation with Elena I prepared for the big day.
I had my surgery at Shirley Oaks, the staff were really nice and friendly, Elena came to see me before I went into theatre, which was good cos she was able to explain things to my husband too.
I was taken down to theatre and next thing I knew I was back in my room and it was all finished. Elena came to see me afterwards and contacted my husband to let him know how it went. I stayed in hospital for 2 nights and she checked on me each day to make sure I was doing well.
She explained what I needed to do afterwards with regards to moving, wound care and what I could not do.
After a week I returned to have my wounds checked and large dressing removed, again Elena carefully explained and showed us how to change my dressings and said she was pleased with the result.
I had check ups at 5 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery and am very pleased with the results.
Elena is an excellent surgeon, the results are better than I could've hoped for. She explained everything so I understood completely and was completely at ease.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgeon. She is brilliant.
