    Staff is extremly helpful with technical stuff if that is why you choose the store. Unfortunately if you're shopping for a phone there is not much of a selection to look at.

    First the store inside & out beautiful. Customer service outstanding. Madeline was my customer service rep, she told me about deals so I can save money, plus I had T-Mobile as my carrier for my 11 Pro max, now I upgraded and have the iPhone 12 PRO MAX and a new carrier with all respect Verizon. Thanks again.

    I have mixed feelings about our experience but will give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully after the pandemic is under control, their associates will be more pleasant with
    in- person appointments.
    The online salesperson promised more than they should have with both products and services.
