These folks are nice. My only real gripe, which is more of a Subway issue than this location's, is their failure to participate in corporate promos. It's frustrating to walk into a restaurant and ask for a certain promo only to be told they don't do that one...
On the positive side:
Orders via the app are easy and I've never had issues. I think the recently installed shelves for order pickup are a great idea.

This is a neighborhood subway so not usually busy but not a lot of employees either. My order was 28.00 plus tax. If I'd ordered on the app would of saved $5.00 so learned a lesson.
