The ladies here who teach are AMAZING. If you stop by-- be sure to take their buti yoga class. They are amazing about empowering women, having a great time, and you leave feeling confident, inspired, and strong. Not to mention, they give you a good sweat!

This place is great! The environment is super friendly and supportive. They are welcoming to people of all shapes, sizes and skill levels. I love the variety of classes, they offer barre and various types of yoga for different focus. Each instructor brings something different to the class, you'll want to try them all!

Barre-Up is WAY more than just a place to get your workout on, it is a beautiful community of women - instructors & students that support & motivate each other each & every day, a place that’s completely free of judgement! This sweet little studio has become my second home & where I have made some of my very best friends!!! Not to mention the variety of classes that they offer - every single one is amazing & FUN! I highly, highly recommend Barre-Up!!!

Barre Up is by far the best studio in the area for all things yoga, pilates, barre, and more. Beyond the excellent work outs, the facility is warm, welcoming and clean, the staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun, and your peers will lift you up, not compete with out (like at some other studios). I can't say enough good things. If you are looking to make a great work out, lifestyle change, meet new people, a or just to escape for an hour, check them out.
