We just started thinking about getting a new mattress today. Went to Mattress Firm in Gig Harbor and Loren Allday spent almost an hour explaining to us the different option and what we should consider. Incredibly patient and informative. We were not ready to buy today but he was happy to get us started with some info on what we need to consider. Overall made this a pleasant experience and we will go back when we intend to go back when we are ready to buy.

Linda was great. Though she works at the Tacoma location she was filling in over in Gig Hatbor. She professional, conscientious of our needs, efficient , and not pushy at all. Was able to conduct purchase over the phone , and have it scheduled from states away . I will be reaching Out to Linda for my next purchase.

John was helpful without being pushy. As soon as I explained I was looking for a mattress for my guest room, he took me to the less expensive side of the store and helped me find an appropriately priced mattress that is still good quality and came with the free adjustable base.

Fantastic place to go. I will definitely be back. Well two years later I definitely came back and bought another mattress and again it was a great experience. Some of the best customer service I've ever had.
